I chose to do 45 minutes in the capsule with it set on Fitness,  within the first 25 minutes I had already burned 150 calories!  In case you are wondering the capsule is not confining it is extremely roomy and the level of massage can be lowered or raised to your comfort level.  You can also bring your headphones to listen to your own music although they do offer there own relaxing music that can be heard in the room.  Yes it is warm inside the capsule, but the face fans kept me cool and at no point did I feel like I needed to hop out!  After I my time in the capsule I noticed I  did have a boost of energy as well as that evening I slept very well.  I look forward to going back and checking out the other settings.
